I am HERS is a licensed Rater with CHEERS, California Home Energy Efficiency Services. They provide title 24 testing and verifications for new and existing construction projects. They offer free consulations and inspections of your property and suggest possible improvements to your structures. They work on single or multi family residences.

CHEERS is a service provider licensed by the California Energy Commission. CHEERS Raters are trained and licensed to perform title 24 construction code testing and verifications for new solar, new or existing construction, insulation, windows, HVAC and other energy related materials and workmanship on construction sites. CHEERS can also perform energy management projects for existing buildings.
EPA HVAC Technician Certification P1C630A60FB80D01 allows I am HERS to test refrigerant coolants for HVAC systems on title 24 construction jobs for verification of the system.
I am HERS is registered as a partner with the Department of Energy premier Energy Star program as a Home Energy Rater.
I am HERS is registered with the Energy Star Benchmark database program to record and track the performance of projects for statistical reporting. Benchmark allows agencies and professionals to collect and analyze energy projects. The public storing of energy projects allows the nation to improve its performance goals of saving energy and becoming more self reliant with renewable and alternative energy sources.
I am HERS is fully insured to perform energy audits and run projects on your property with the nationally recognized provider of RESNET. RESNET is officially recognized by the federal government for verification of building energy performance for such programs as federal tax incentives, the Environmental Protection Agency's ENERGY STAR program and the U.S. Department of Energy's Building America Program. RESNET standards are also recognized by the U.S. mortgage industry for capitalizing a building's energy performance in the mortgage loan, and certification of "White Tags" for private financial investors.
